Position Description

We have an opening for a Team Class A CDL Truck Driver and wewant the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Grovetown, GA

$2625 or more per week per driver - And it gets better

Driver Positions Pay Weekly
Team Miles Pay:$0.46 per Mile with 5400 Miles per Week per Driver
Team Stops Pay:$19.38 per Stop with 1 Stop per Week per Driver
Hub mileage
Per Diem Pay: $30.00 per night with 4 nights per Week per Driver
Safety Bonus:Pays Each Driver $250 Every Quarter
Paid Training
Looking for Solo Drivers Willing to Team OR Current Team
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Dedicated Run - Out 4 Days and Home for 3 Nights
Sign on Bonus: $5000 Sign On Bonus paid $2500 within 30 days and $2500 after 90 days

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.

Deliver As A TEAM To Alberta Canada
Must meet requirements to enter Canada with a Passport
Route: Home for 3 Nights Every Week
Tractor Type: Assigned Condo Sleeper
TrailerType: Covered WagonFlatbed
6 months Flatbed experience REQUIRED

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
5 years' experience within the last 10 years
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
Performs other duties as assigned
