Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Specialty: Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks

Experience: Minimum 1 year of adult experience

License: Alaska SLP License; pending license accepted

Certifications: BLS

Must-Have: Adult experience


• Work in an adult outpatient neuro rehabilitation clinic.
• Provide speech language pathology services and treatment plans.
• No on-call or weekend shifts required.
• Float within the scope to meet facility needs is not applicable.
• Open to accommodating block scheduling.
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Orientation includes 40 hours of non-billable training.
• Participate in pre-start and annual modules, self-reported with completion recorded.
• Must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
• References required: Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.

Additional Note: Providers may need to explore housing options in the area as availability may be limited. Communication devices needed for the role will be supplied or reimbursed by the facility.
