Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Experience: 1 year required; first-time traveler accepted
License: Valid Michigan License
Certifications: CCC-SLP, BLS (AHA)
Must-Have: Must be trained in VFSS and proficient in Epic

• Attend the entire week of orientation.
• Be available for an on-call weekend rotation pending caseload, with a possible weekday off due to weekend work.
• Holidays are usually required with no guarantee of holiday time off requests being accepted.
• Complete 8 hours of non-billable, self-reported modules during orientation and annually.
• Provide proof of flu vaccination with submission; medical exemptions permitted if submitted within required time frame.
• Ensure all lab work is completed within 48-72 hours of signing the contract.
• Be aware of and comply with background policy; note any findings on the profile during submission.
• Return staff eligibility is 6 months post previous assignment.
