• Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
• Perform treatment simulations and fabricate all necessary shielding blocks.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Prepare equipment for patient treatments, performing quality control and assurance tests.
• Ensure proper infection control techniques are followed.
• Adhere to optimal radiation safety and protection practices.
• Reflect the philosophy, goals, objectives, and standards of the facility and nationally accepted standards of practice.
• Provide quality patient care, ensure environmental safety, and foster interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff.
