Pay: $16 - $20 / Hour

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand guests' requests and respond with appropriate actions
Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols
Responsibilities:

Assist the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (Opening and Closing Checklists, line checks, fast-paced execution)
Ensure culture and hospitality is being upheld.
Building guest relationships
Assist with training and employee retention.
Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant.
Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members.
Assist in developing/writing the restaurant schedule.
Cash Handling, Deposits, and disperse tip-share.
