Key Responsibilities:

Lead tax compliance and planning for a diverse range of clients.
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate on developing innovative tax strategies that align with client objectives.
Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their growth and development.
Stay ahead of tax laws and regulations, providing clients with timely insights and advice.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax.
Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
