We're looking for an experienced Systems Administrator

to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.
About the role:
As a Systems Administrator , you will support, design, maintain and monitor internal and external networks. Implement and manage all systems, applications, security and network configurations. Resolve network performance issues and establish a disaster recovery plan. Recommend upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment. Provide technical support and guidance to users. Rely on knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.
What we are looking for:
Three plus years of relevant hands-on experience
Bash scripting, Python
Experience with Linux operating systems (OS), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Experience with container and virtual applications (Docker, Ansible, VMware, Kubernetes)
Able to resolve production performance, server, and application related issues to ensure the restoration of the environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus
Obtain CompTIA Security+ or other DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification within the first 90 days of employment with Raft

Highly preferred:
CCNA, CCDE, and Security+ or other IAT Level I certification
Experience with Cybersecurity tools (Suricata, zeek)
Experience with Elastic, Logstash, Kibana (ELK)
Understanding of the project lifecycle, and related processes
Good problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements

Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance

Work Type:
Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO
May require up to 10% travel

Salary Range :
$90,000 - $130,000
The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
