Surgery - Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an APP (PA or Nurse Practitioner) to join our expanding Neurosurgery service line and collaborative team in our AdventHealth East Division (Palm Coast / Daytona Beach).With the launch of the Neurosurgery program over 2 decades ago, AdventHealth East FL Division has continued to invest, innovate, and produce high quality outcomes, quickly becoming the area s leader in brain and spine care.
Our dedicated team has earned numerous accreditations and awards, including TJC Spine Certification, US news world report the best spine and stroke hospital, Thrombolytic Capable accreditation, Blue Distinction spine, and American Heart Get with the Guidelines.We are seeking a neurosurgery APP dedicated to continuing our tradition of excellence in both clinical practice and professionalism, while maintaining AdventHealth s mission, vision, and values.The APP will assist in both the OR and hospital rounding, as well as maintain a clinic schedule.
The ideal candidate will have:


Experience with neurosurgery/spine, pain management, neurology, or critical care Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends Team player with a patient-first mindset

Excellent communication skills Licensure, Certification, and Registration RequirementsMaster s degree in Nursing (APRN) as an FNP or Physician Assistant (PA) studies Board Certification Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure) DEA License required or ability to obtain

Practice OverviewOur neurosurgery team consists of 5 neurosurgeons, and 6 experienced APPs.
The practice is a part of AdventHealth Medical Group.
