Support Account Manager

A company is looking for a Support Account Manager (Strategic Accounts) to provide dedicated technical support and account management for key clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end support for strategic customers, exceeding their expectations
Coordinate internal processes to improve service levels and customer relationships
Provide training and mentorship to Support Account Managers on platform knowledge and support ticket handling

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience working with large multinational clients
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Strong sense of personal accountability and a customer-first mentality
Experience in a high-level collaborative environment
Previous experience in the mobile industry or a keen interest in mobile communications is a plus
