SFL Commercial Banking Loan Processing
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our SFL Commercial Banking Loan Processing division and are looking to hire a Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of the Commercial Banking Specialist support team within the Commercial Banking. They will be responsible for coaching team and resolving internal and external operational matters. In addition, serves as a link between subordinates and upper management.
In this position, you will:
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Prepare and submit performance reports.
Decide on reward and promotion based on performance.
Hire and train new employees.
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Other duties may be assigned by the necessity of the department.

To be considered, you will need:
High School Diploma with equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferred.
Four (4) years or more years of related work experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory management experience leading a team.
Strong attention to operational policies and procedures combined with strong communication skills.
