Job Overview:
We are looking for a vibrant, passionate Staffing Business Development Director to join our team! Responsibilities include creating and overseeing commercial revenue generating activities for Qwalifize's products and services. Procure new opportunities for the company, enter and manage leads and opportunities within CRM, facilitate diligent follow-ups, close opportunities, and will perform other duties as assigned. A successful candidate is disciplined and focused whether working autonomously or onsite around our team. Candidates must enjoy meeting with potential clients face-to-face, be influential, understand addressing workforce needs, works with a sense of urgency and is ethical and uses discernment when making decisions that are positively impactful in the short and long-term. We are looking for this person to make a visible impact of growth within the first three months by utilizing our tools, resources, their creative abilities, and past sales leadership experiences to build and maintain new accounts for the company. This role will be cross trained in government contracting business development with successful performance in addition to having a great career path full of growth.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years business development in a staffing firm setting
Experience with various sales metrics
Ability and experience interfacing and effectively communicating with clients involved in various industries regarding workforce and business needs
Strong knowledge of sales and staffing principles and client account Support
Strong technology skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, documenting and Applicant Tracking software
Sales team management and leadership sales experience
Appointment setting with high-caliber clients who meet our onboarding requirements
Contract preparation and completion
Industry research
Demonstrating flexibility and creativity in solving problems
Performing proactively and self-manage
Must be organized and meticulous
Developing an understanding of clients' businesses and aspects of their industries
Developing and sustaining business relationships to increase company's client basis
Experience Preferences:
Government contracting business development experience
SaaS sales experience with staffing products

Education Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED
HR & Recruiting Certifications OR additional 2 years of staffing/government contracting business development experience
