Ansell is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team! This role can sit near any of Ansell Hub locations (Iselin, NJ, Roswell, GA, Houston, TX, Reno, NV, Chatsworth, CA)

In this position you will play a vital role in leading the development and commercialization of a new, integrated digital platform that consolidates Ansell's digital service offerings into a single access point for customers. The platform will function as a digital health and safety management system. Successful candidates will have a d emonstrated track record of delivering high quality software products at scale.

What your role will be?

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision and develop a clear strategy and roadmap for AnsellGUARDIAN connect. Ensure the platform meets market needs, aligns with company goals, and is scalable for future growth.
Pre-MVP Development: Guide the product through the pre-MVP stage, ensuring that early development focuses on addressing core user pain points while setting the foundation for a scalable and feature-rich future product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization-engineering, design, customer success, and sales-to ensure that development milestones are met, customer needs are addressed, and product delivery stays on track.
Customer-Centric Focus: Act as an advocate for the end-user, using customer feedback, market research, and industry insights to ensure that AnsellGUARDIAN connect delivers real value to health and safety professionals.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan that includes market positioning, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition. Work with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch the platform.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and KPIs such as user engagement, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction to guide decision-making throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term success.
Monetization: Design and implement a subscription-based pricing model for AnsellGUARDIAN connect that ensures a sustainable revenue stream while delivering value to customers.
Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, gather customer feedback, monitor platform performance, and drive continuous improvements to keep the product competitive and aligned with evolving customer needs.
What will you bring to Ansell?

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
Proven experience in product management or research and development, preferably in the technology or safety industry.
Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality software products at scale.
Strong data analytics skills and experience defining and owning translation of data and end-user insights to drive customer value - from defining product success metrics through analyzing results and optimizing and building into future-state MVPs.
