As a Senior M365 Engineer at Promega, you will be an integral part of our Global Collaboration Services (GCS) team, providing primary support for our collaborative suite of software (MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Power platform, MS SharePoint, MS Viva Engage and Five9 telephony).
You will play a pivotal role in training and supporting our corporate end users, ensuring they harness the full potential of our Microsoft software suite and other leading software products.
CORE DUTIES:
1.
Service Desk Management:
Oversee the GCS ticket queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
2.
Application Support:
Serve as the primary support for the Microsoft suite of collaborative software, acting as a backup developer and analyst.
3.
Training and Development:
Create, organize, and conduct comprehensive training sessions for applications.
4.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on best practices and stay updated with current and emerging technologies.
5.
Cross-Organizational Communication:
Effectively communicate recommendations and priorities across various departments, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
6.
Backup developer and analyst for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams application architects.
7.
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
8.
Strong written and oral communication skills coupled with a customer service focus.
9.
Knowledge of M365 current and emerging technologies.
10.
Demonstrates inclusion through their own words and actions and is accountable for a safe workspace.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or proven work experience that ensures you are ready to be successful in this role.
5-8 years of experience with M365 products.
3-5 Year of experience creating and conducting training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to use a computer/Microsoft Office applications.
