About the Role
We are seeking a

Data Solutions Engineer

with

7-10 years of experience

to play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our

data pipelines and financial analytics processes . This individual will work closely with the

Investment Management team , handling

data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)

while supporting and improving existing codebases. The goal is to enhance our

enterprise-level data environment

and eventually take ownership of

data engineering responsibilities . This position is highly collaborative but

not client-facing -it requires working directly with internal teams, including

quant analysts and investment managers .
Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain

ETL pipelines , ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Work with the

Investment Management team

to streamline and enhance

data processes .
Collaborate with quant analysts to

ingest, transform, and manage

data from various broker sources.
Improve the

enterprise-level environment

by refining code, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity.
Manage and maintain

MS SQL databases

and work within an

Azure cloud environment .
Support ongoing development projects and contribute to

strategic data initiatives .
Provide insights and recommendations on how to

improve the existing data architecture

and where the environment needs to evolve.
Qualifications & Experience
7-10 years

of experience in data engineering, data solutions, or a related field.
Proficiency in

Python

for data processing and automation.
Strong experience with


and writing complex queries.
Understanding of

financial services

or experience in a

regulated industry

is required.
Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with

Azure cloud environments .
Bonus Skills:

Salesforce

integration.
Familiarity with

Tableau

or other data visualization tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
