Responsibilities:
Verify parts are clean and of good quality, without damage
Adhere to strict quality standards
Read computer generated graphs to determine if a solenoid passes or fails according to standards
Maintain care and upkeep of testing machine
Suggest improvements, help train new personnel, communicate all issues, work overtime when needed
Follow directions from team leads, supervisors and managers, be proactive and helpful
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time daily
Adhere to all safety rules, have great attendance and give it your all every day

Essential Functions:
Must have an eye for detail
Good dexterity and the ability to work with small components
Must be able to read and understand verbal and written work instructions

Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plus
Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals
Skill and ability of working with your hands, manual tools (must provide your own) and other instruments
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8+ hours a day and under pressure at times
Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills
Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
