Are you a seasoned Full-Stack Engineering Manager with a knack for Node.js and React? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our innovative team. This role demands a proactive player-coach who can significantly contribute to developing and enhancing our web applications, ensuring they deliver top-notch performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Create robust, responsive, and scalable front-end solutions utilizing Node.js and React.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features and products.
UI Design: Develop user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet user requirements.
Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance through code refactoring, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, proposing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster growth and collaboration.
Code Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Lifecycle Participation: Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years experience as a Front-End Engineer or full-stack developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2 years experience managing and mentoring a team of people
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and Typescript with a deep understanding of their core principles and best practices.
Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
