Required Skills and Experiences
Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of secure coding practices.
Nice To Have

Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript)
What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications and services that meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Identify and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems, code, and processes.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards in all aspects of development and deployment.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, driving innovation and technical advancements within the team.
