Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential support and advocacy services to individuals onour inpatient program
Conduct psychosocial assessments, promote well-being, and coordinate discharge planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Advocate for patients and their families, connecting them with community resources

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work required
Experience in inpatient mental health settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and case management software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
