What you will work:
• 6 FTE = 48 Hours every 2 weeks
Days, PM's, Nights, Rotating weekends and holidays
Location, Emergency Services La Crosse
What you will do:
Assessment and Treatment Planning
Discharge Planning
Provide Education and Support
