My Client is looking for a
Software Build Engineer / Configuration Engineer
for a Hybrid role in the Denver Tech Center. This is a 6 month position with probable extension.
Toolstack knowledge
FORTRAN 77, C, C++, Python, Perl, Matlab
Git
HPC (the queuing software thereof)
Atlassian stack: Bamboo/Bitbucket/Artifactory
Agile, basic SDLC knowledge
Other Domain knowledge: mainly Linux oriented - some Windows
Some ability to help engineers with differences in dealing with local filesystems and NFS
Make - ability to help engineers convert their builds to make and perhaps operating in a bamboo plan
API - currently using curl commands that interact with 'some'
Pluses: Some DB knowledge to be able to assist the project/programs migrate from 'filesystems' to DB - which could involve creation of new DB + schemas
Compensation: $70-$100 per hour.
