In this role, you will be responsible for providing service quotes to meet internal business needs as well as outside customer inquiries.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Provide accurate estimates for commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair or replacement in a timely manner.
Follow up weekly on outstanding quotes.
Purchase all service materials and enter purchase orders.
Maintain regular communication with dispatch and technicians regarding parts inventory.
Purchase service inventory.
Issue purchase orders.
Provide research for parts and equipment repairs or replacements.
Manage parts returns and credits with vendors.
Manages inventory

Complete sign off on Propane Assessments for employees.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience in the HVAC Industry.
