Could This Be For You?:

The Sr. Supervisor, Warehouse leads the daily planning and work activities of a team in a multi shift, fast-paced environment to ensure customer orders are fulfilled error free and shipped timely within productivity standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to inventory control, receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping of finished goods. Works with management to develop and implement solutions for operational improvements. Demonstrates Hanger Values to create a culture where employees are engaged and committed to achieving operational excellence. (Must be able to travel occasionally as needed).
Your Impact:

Assists management with developing, communicating, and meeting departmental goals by following Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensures proper distribution of product to designated locations for stock rotation.
Organizes daily workflow to meet and /or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Creates a culture of safety and accountability by identifying risks, managing behaviors, and promoting overall safety awareness.
Orchestrates compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and other regulatory requirements.
Actively participates in decision making during daily operational management meetings.
Utilizes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition partners, and Performance Management tools to recruit and hire, train, manage, coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve goals and objectives for quality, service and productivity.
Engages Human Resources and the Supply Chain management to ensure appropriate corrective action when addressing personnel issues.
Leads and collaborates with employees to promote engagement and teamwork within the distribution center.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum
High school diploma or equivalent.
Four years supervisory experience in a distribution center or logistics environment.
Preferred
BS in Business Administration or Logistics and/or equivalent experience.
Five years supervisory experience in a distribution center or logistics environment.
WMS and RF Equipment experience.
Oracle experience
Bilingual (Spanish)

Communications effectively across the organization at all levels (distribution center and its customers, clinics, Procurement, etc.) and all departments within Hanger.
Organizes, prioritizes, and manages multiple projects as well as ongoing production work.
Creates, develops, and maintains positive working relationships.
Pay range of $67,095-$100,695 + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with California Law. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
