Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture and implementation of new projects and features
Provide technical mentorship and guidance on systems design and engineering best practices
Participate in design and code reviews, assisting the team in overcoming technical challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor in a full-stack environment
Extensive back-end engineering experience in statically typed languages like Go, Java, or Rust
Experience using Python libraries like pandas, SciPy, and seaborn for statistical or predictive work
Previous experience working on a machine learning or algorithmic team
Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring other engineers
