Selectek is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a direct-hire role. Our partnering company, located near Waynesboro, PA,  needs candidates with strong backgrounds in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodology.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $100,000 to $150,000 based on experience
Location: Waynesboro, PA
Job Requirements:
• Â Five to ten years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Exposure to large equipment used in manufacturing environments
• Experience with time studies and time standard implementation
• Ideal candidates have knowledge of project cost analysis and lean toolsÂ
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Details:
• Support training for the company's lean manufacturing objectives
• Â Maintain expertise in Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement methodology and tools
• Facilitate training for cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute detailed time, budget and resource plans
• Lead 5S, Kaizen, and lean initiatives
• Develop new process documentation
