Our client, a leading beauty brand, is seeking a
Senior
Manager for Indirect Procurement
to join their New York team on a contract basis! This role is based in
Long Island City, Queens.
• 1 stop away from Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Corporate Professional Services Indirect Procurement for 3 categories:
• Total Talent Spend (Staff Aug)
• Travel
• Other (Financial Services, Outsourcing, General Corporate ie. Healthcare/Insurance)
Manage RFPS/vendor relationship/negotiations
Develop and implement strategies
Monitor vendor performance
Ensure optimized spending for assigned categories
Directly support the Executive Director with tasks
Responsible for managing other team members
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of relevant experience , beauty preferred
Strong IP experience
Self-starter
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work on a hybrid schedule out of Long Island City, Queens
Great attention to detail & organizational skills
