We're a small, fast growing remote team of around 45 team members from around the world, composed of dedicated and talented individuals with a core focus on engineering and product.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, with 10+ years of experience, to help us grow Voiceflow's Enterprise ARR by partnering with and selling into large enterprise accounts. You will be running large, long and complex technical sales cycles with various stakeholders around the world, working closely with internal teams like Sales Engineering, Product and Customer Success to both land and expand potential deals.

  2. Enterprise acumen - you've won 6-figure+ deals connecting technical wins to business ROI; every Champion, Coach, and EB in your accounts knows your name

  3. Land and expand experience - you understand how to partner with your customers and internal team to deliver long-term wins for both parties

This role reports into the Head of Sales, is hybrid in Toronto, and has a salary of $120,000 - $130,000 CAD and an estimated OTE of $240,000 - $260,000 CAD.

What you'll do

  • You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to implementation hand-off. Your portfolio will focus on large, enterprise customers anywhere in the world.

  • You'll be an expert in Voiceflow's product and technology, able to determine how and why our product is a fit for potential customers

  • You'll build a sales pipeline, working in collaboration with our BDR's and Marketing team to ensure we're speaking to the right people at the right companies

  • You will negotiate large (6 figure) annual and multi-year software contracts with executive stakeholders

What you'll bring

  • High agency and high urgency in how you run your business

  • Experience in the Conversational AI, GenAI, or Chatbot space

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas for B2B Enterprise SaaS sales

  • A strong background working with and selling highly technical software products

  • Passion for sales, technology and people; you're self-driven, motivated and constantly looking to improve yourself and your processes

  • Experience selling into Product/Engineering/Technology executives and teams

  • Experience with a land and expand sales motion

  • Location - we are located in Toronto and operate on a Hybrid model where our team comes into the office 2-3 days per week.

Our Process

  • Initial Interview - a 45-minute interview with Marianna Adamian, our Head of Sales, to discuss your background in depth and the Sr. Enterprise AE role at Voiceflow.

  • 2nd Interview - a 30-minute interview with Sam Burns, our Head of Marketing, to get to know each other better and dig into what you're looking to do and how that lines up with what we need

  • Presentation and Panel Interview - a 60-minute panel interview where you will be asked to present a short (30 minute) presentation to 2-3 members of our team. The goal is to understand your approach to enterprise sales. You'll have an opportunity to ask us questions and get to know the team you would be working with.
