Senior Developer/Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer/Analyst to support all aspects of solution development and deployment, excluding coding. This role will focus on scope and requirements definition, system configuration, testing, and deployment, along with managing relationships among business units, technical teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of application software capabilities, ensure alignment with business objectives, and guide IT-related projects. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential to this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in solution development and deployment activities, focusing on scope definition, requirements definition, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Manage relationships among business units, technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of assigned application software capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to recommend optimal solutions.

• Create training documents and system documentation for user support and operational continuity.

• Assess cross-functional impacts of changes to business processes and solutions.

• Support upgrade and migration activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and goals.

• Adhere to IT practices and policies, ensuring consistency across the enterprise.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or system configuration.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.

• Experience with data analysis and trend identification.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with business units and technical teams.

• Ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation and training materials.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Proficiency in system configuration and deployment within an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Knowledge of specific enterprise software systems relevant to the industry.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or similar credentials.

• Experience in a senior analyst or project management role within a large-scale IT environment.
