Job Summary
Seeking Senior Corporate Attorneys with extensive firm experience in corporate law. Partners are responsible for generating new work for the law firm and providing guidance on legal matters to clients and firm staff.
Job Responsibilities
Generate new clients and cultivate opportunities for firm growth
Assist businesses in navigating complex legal issues
Draft, review, and finalize business agreements
Manage multiple clients and legal activities with varying deadlines
Advise and mentor junior attorneys
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and contract review abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable with evolving technology
Effective time management and delegation abilities
Education
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited school
Active member in good standing with a State Bar Association
Experience
At least seven years of law firm experience practicing corporate law
Demonstrated ability to generate new business for the firm
Compensation
Pact pays attorneys a percentage of client fees, providing a flexible and rewarding compensation structure.
