Telecommuting is an option for this position but the employee must live in the Bedford, MA region since two (2) to three (3) days of in-office work per week is required.Travel:
10% domestic travel and 5% international travel per year is required.Responsibilities:
Serve as subject matter expert for Process Solutions, identifying, developing, aligning, and analyzing data to offer meaningful and insightful perspectives on our market and sales;Triangulating data from disparate data sources (internal and external) to create a view for the organization;Developing and maintaining dashboards to communicate data and streamline information for stakeholders (e.g., Tableau based dashboards);Establishing monitoring and reporting protocols for capturing market trends/dynamics; Solve high impact business problems by quickly transforming large real-world data into actionable insights to support different initiatives - strategic initiatives, business development initiatives [M&A] etc.;Work with primary and secondary market research methodologies;Build scalable capabilities in the business by integrating tools and best practices into function;Responsible for performing pricing analytics, conducting research and analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and other factors to inform pricing decisions and address different business questions related to strategy effectiveness, anticipating risks and opportunities to pro-actively work on them; andEngage, mentor and challenge team members and support onboarding of new Market Intelligence team members.Requirements & Qualifications:
Employer requires a Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science or a closely related field, and one (1) year of work experience as a Data Scientist or in a related occupation conducting data analysis, market research and market modeling.
In addition, the employer requires the following:
