Task Force Tips

Task Force Tips is an established manufacturer of firefighting equipment for municipal, military, and industrial clients around the globe. We are searching for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. Our desired team member should be goal-driven with integrity, have grit and a passion for putting lifesaving equipment in the hands of our first responders.

The SE Account Manager is responsible for managing the following geographic areas - FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, OH, KY, WV, MD, DE and Washington DC. This individual will be based out of Valparaiso, IN but requires travel to and within the assigned territory (Southeastern US).

This individual will ensure alignment with Channel Partners specifically in product training, demo equipment, stocking, and target account conversions. In a non-exclusive partnership, Account Managers earn trust and cooperation with Channel Partners by developing strong relationships and grow our market share together.

Account Managers save lives and protect property through the promotion of innovative solutions in partnership with premier distribution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

:
Sell Great Product

Conduct meetings and demos with active buyers.
Promote top-performing products.
Prioritize opportunities for optimum territory performance.

Engage Customers in Innovative Ways
Create and use social media marketing content to develop prospects during an evolving customer journey.
Leverage MQL reporting to develop new leads and engage new customers.
Engage with End User-specified OEMs/Apparatus Dealers.
Grow Top Line Revenue
Train distribution on the use, care, and maintenance of our products.
Identify and develop up-and-coming premier dealers.
Develop and participate in business cases that drive future growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Degree required

Experience selling technical products to municipalities or in a B2B environment.

Experience and/or education in fire service and operations preferred

Possesses knowledge or has the ability to learn the general design and operation of nozzles, monitors, water flow appliances, and other lifesaving products. Must have the ability to learn how they differ and are effectively used by the customer.

Knowledge of the basic pump/plumbing designs of a typical fire truck.

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with other company personnel, dealers and end users, including being sensitive to professional ethics, gender, cultural diversities and disabilities.

Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment with minimum supervision, work on several tasks at the same time, and work rapidly for long periods of time.

Ability to read and interpret detailed prints, sketches, and specifications.

Ability to frequently spend long periods of time driving a vehicle and/or traveling by plane.

Ability to regularly work extended, weekend and/or evening hours, and travel out of town, often overnight. Time traveling to and within the assigned territory will be approximately 50% of a given month.

Ability to effectively communicate needs and accept coaching for professional improvement.

Possession of a valid driver's license and demonstrated safe driving record.

Ability to lift items weighing 75 lbs.
