Zurich is accepting resumes for our 2025 Apprentice Program! The program is scheduled to start in Summer 2025, but please apply now for early consideration.
Our innovative General Insurance Apprentice Program allows participants to simultaneously gain the education and the experience to launch a rewarding career as a Crop Claims Adjuster with Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS).
Zurich's initiative is to develop a new generation of workers to help the U. S. succeed in the 21st century economy.
This two-year program combines targeted online coursework at Northeast Iowa Community College and completion of the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) with relevant work rotations. Seeking candidate located within the following counties of South Dakota in Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Hand, Beadle, Sanborn, Miner, Hanson, Davison, Aurora, Brule, Buffalo, Douglas, Charles Mix, Bon Homme, Jerauld, Lyman, Gregory, or Stanley.
