Descrição do emprego Suas atividades:
Utilizar templates centrais, garantindo a conformidade com os requisitos fiscais específicos de cada país;
Liderar e coordenar a implementação de soluções fiscais durante os rollouts do SAP S/4HANA;
Facilitar a comunicação e colaboração entre as equipes internacionais , conduzindo sessões de descoberta e escopo de requisitos fiscais , e realizando análises de ajuste (fit-gap analysis) para identificar lacunas entre os processos de negócios existentes e as soluções padronizadas do SAP S/4HANA.
Colaborar com o departamento fiscal e os stakeholders do negócio para entender seus requisitos e garantir que suas necessidades sejam atendidas no novo sistema;
Orientar e apoiar a equipe de implementação local durante toda a jornada de implementação do SAP S/4HANA Tax , desde a preparação até o Go Live.
Seguir a metodologia padrão, incluindo o uso de ferramentas como Track&Release, Docupedia, entre outras, para monitorar ações, atualizar documentos e gerenciar a carga de trabalho;
Gerenciar e supervisionar todas as etapas do projeto de implementação fiscal , garantindo a conclusão dos entregáveis dentro do prazo, o alinhamento com o escopo acordado, a execução e verificação de testes fiscais, a comunicação eficaz com as partes interessadas e o apoio às equipes locais para um go-live bem-sucedido.
Qualificações Nossos requisitos:
Formação Acadêmica:
Superior completo em Administração, Engenharias, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas relacionadas.
Idiomas:
Português e Inglês mandatório.
Conhecimento em módulos SAP:
FI (Financeiro), SD (Vendas) e MM (Compras e Entrada de Produtos).
Experiência em tópicos de tecnologia fiscal (Tax Technology) e conhecimento transversal entre diferentes áreas funcionais.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, incluindo a capacidade de apresentar ideias e projetos para a alta direção e outros stakeholders.
Capacidade de realizar análise de risco e desenvolver estratégias de mitigação.
Experiência na interface com outras áreas da empresa, incluindo a habilidade para negociar com fornecedores, parceiros e outras partes interessadas.
Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade para lidar com mudanças no mercado e nos requisitos dos projetos.
