The details for this Travel Behavioral Health Nursing Job are:

Travel LPN / LVN Salary: $1,800/week
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Total Hours Per Week: 36 weekly
Shift Breakdown: 3x12 hrs

Must have behavioral health experience (Inpatient)
Psychiatric - Child/adolescents ages 5-17 & Adults
Patient Ratios:
RN: 1:8 with a tech
LPN: 1:8 with a tech
Required Certifications:
RN & LPN: BLS and CPI (preferred to have prior to start but can obtain on assignment)
they need to be able to pass meds, evaluate care plans and note progress and documentation, admission screens (anything that says assessment on it an RN must do), minor wound care, EKGS (we train), glucometer, take telephone or verbal orders except restraints, acknowledge orders, vital signs, the Columbia suicide risk screen, end of shift report, log in patient belongings, screenings (except discharge planning - RN)
Charting System/Equipment:
EPIC - must request approval from CRT if they do not have EPIC experience
Med Dispensing: Omnicell
