The Communications Designer is responsible for developing visually compelling and impactful materials that support Ford Communications projects. This role requires a talented and passionate individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to distill data into visuals, and a collaborative spirit. You will play a vital role in bringing creative concepts to life across a variety of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. This role is responsible for all elements of graphic design work, static, and motion.

What you'll do…

Design visually engaging static and motion graphics for use across Ford digital and social channels.

Comprehend data and distill it into illustrative stories.

Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.

Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

You'll have…

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.

1+ years of experience transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Have strong typography skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for the automotive industry and Ford brand is a plus.
