Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Brookings, SD. Ryder regional driver can anticipate quality home time with family and friends while usually being home through the week and/or on weekends or a combination of both. A regional truck driving job typically consists of moving freight within a region that encompasses the surrounding areas. Compensation:

Average Weekly Pay: $1,457+
- Solo Miles Pay: 58CPM with 2300-2500 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay:$15.00 per stop with 2-5 stops per week
- Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night with 2-3nights per week
Bonuses
- Sign on bonus: $1,250- Paid out 1/2 at 30 days 1/2 at 90 days
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

Monday - Friday.NO WEEKENDS
Dispatch window: 4am-6am
Route: SD, NC, MN
Touch Screen doors and hardware

Equipment:

Trucks are 36 months or newer
Dry van, 53
Sleeper
24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

Must have a valid CDL A License
Minimum 21 years of age
Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years experience within the last 10 years
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Must live within 30 miles of Brookings, SD
