• Minimum Qualifications*:
• ADN, Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• SC RN License
• Key Responsibilities*:
• Applies the nursing process to promote and restore patient health, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients, families, and significant others, while supervising assigned nursing staff.
• Uses critical thinking for data gathering, assessment, nursing judgment, intervention, and evaluation of health issues, including health teaching and supportive/restorative care.
• Ensures care aligns with Lexington County Health District's mission and standards, while adhering to the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
