Key Ingredients:
Provide support in several types of production and sanitation roles
Reviews data and reports information to ensure that product quality is maintained during production utilizing SPC standards, food review and visual checks throughout the manufacturing process
Participates in quality improvement and waste elimination (Continuous Improvement) efforts
Supports without hesitation general plant safety, food safety, food defense initiatives and GMP's
Assists with committee work related to production and plant events
Team player
Other duties as assigned
Recipe for Success:
High school diploma/GED required, secondary education is considered an asset.
Able to work in a fast paced team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
Must be physically fit and able to life 50 lbs
Familiarity with MS Office required
Forklift certification preferred
