At ACG Hospice, we prioritize the work/life balance of our nurses and believe in providing care to patients as if they were our own family. Do you cherish the time spent with your patients? As an After-Hours Hospice RN at ACG Hospice, you will advocate for your patients, ensuring that every individual involved in the care plan-the patient, family members, and the hospice care team-receives the attention they need. This is a salaried full-time position covering on-call after hours from 5 PM Friday to 8 AM Monday morning. You will receive full support from our 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team.
