Lead Software Engineer at WithMe - Fully Remote

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role combines hands-on development with strategic oversight, ensuring top-notch software solutions.
If you thrive on collaboration, love solving complex challenges, and have a strong grasp of cloud infrastructure and DevOps, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers.
Architect and maintain our AWS-based cloud infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate across departments to define and implement high-impact projects.
Optimize infrastructure for scalability, security, and reliability.
Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.

What You Bring:

8+ years in software development, with experience in a team lead capacity.
Expertise in AWS, Python, Flask, Docker, and React.
Experience with IoT devices, print technologies, and payment systems.
A passion for continuous learning and staying on top of emerging tech.
