SAIC is seeking an
• Administrative Assistant
• for the
• North Charleston, SC
• location. This position is 100% on- site.

The Administrative Assistant will execute routine administrative and clerical tasks, handling both routine and non-routine assignments, including special projects. Responsibilities encompass diverse activities such as writing, typing, meeting minutes, data entry, badging, and document preparation.

The ideal candidate will have the following abilities:

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with expert-level abilities.

+ High level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and adaptability under pressure to meet frequent deadlines.

+ Strong research skills.

+ Ability to work well within a team and communicate well both orally and written.

+ Provides backup support.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Qualifications
•

• TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•

+ Associates degree in Business or Computer Science. Will accept 4 (four) years of experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Four (4) years of experience to include:
word processing, spreadsheet development,documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails. Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite. One (1) year of practical experience managing and coordinating travel requirements to include local, CONUS and OCONUS destinations, passports, APACS, foreign clearance processing. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

+ Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a position of trust.
