Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, overseeing all functions of the unit during your shift. You will collaborate with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care, serving as a resource for staff while embodying the organization's values to enhance patient experiences and clinical results.

In this role, you will:

Streamline admission and discharge processes for effective patient flow and care quality.
Assess and improve the quality of patient care in conjunction with management.
Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment to enhance outcomes.
Embody a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
Support nursing strategies to boost staff engagement and operational efficiency.
Participate in hiring and training decisions for new staff and assist with performance evaluations.
Assist with staff scheduling and ensure alignment with patient care needs.
Oversee inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina.
At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
