Are you a self-starter with a passion for pursuing a successful career in financial services? We invite dedicated individuals to apply for our Accelerator Program, an engaging trainee experience designed to pave the way for your long-term success as a Financial Representative.
In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that equips you with essential skills to sell Individual Insurance products and build a sustainable financial practice.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

Hourly Wage:
$16/hour during the trainee period, which lasts up to 30 days.
Upon successful completion of the trainee period, you will be promoted to a Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base salary plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.
A $1000 bonus following successful completion of the trainee period and promotion to Financial Representative.
An education-focused Accelerator Program designed to transition you skillfully to an independent Financial Advisor.
Access to benefits including a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and a 6% company match.
Regular associates working a full 40-hour week can earn up to 15 vacation days annually.
Regular associates enjoy 11 paid holidays in 2025, including 2 floating holidays for personal use.
Sick leave is provided through personal time, with up to 40 hours of personal time available in 2025 for full-time associates.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Engage in a comprehensive program focused on developing your ability to provide holistic financial advice to clients, including active participation in discussions, goal-setting sessions, and progress evaluations.
Gain direct sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales competency test.
Develop and refine your prospecting skills-such as research, targeting, and networking-by utilizing personal connections, community events, and social media.
Acquire detailed knowledge of our product offerings and demonstrate expertise in their features and advantages.
Ensure smooth processing of applications and paperwork in collaboration with field operations and Home Office.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Meet all trainee program requirements, gaining the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
Obtain required insurance licenses prior to commencing the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire and continuously thereafter, with securities licensing required within the first 24 months of the program.
Be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, maintain a valid U.S.
driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, including products and marketing practices.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
