Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add an
HVAC Technician
to its team. This role will work
onsite
in
Lancaster, SC
and works
Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm (four 10-hour days a week).
This is a
3-month contract to hire role
that pays
$23.95 per hour.
The key to this role is prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend morning meetings and collaborate with a team of 6 mobile techs for daily task planning. Techs will be dispatched to a variety of clients.
Adapt to varying client needs and provide high-quality HVAC service across different locations.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including electrical components.
Follow QHSE standards and maintain safety compliance.
Complete work orders and reports using Microsoft Outlook and other tools.
Support team members, share knowledge, and participate in training to stay updated on industry trends.
Required Skills:
3+ years of relevant HVAC experience
Experience working within a team structure
Basic Microsoft Office skills
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
CFC certification
Electrical experience
Experience with PM schedules
QHSE or Safety Certifications
