About the Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and supervise the risk and operations of teller functions, ensuring exceptional customer service and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise team members in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and performance management processes
Manage operational and customer support tasks, including cash handling and resolving customer complaints
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing excellent service and support
Mentor and develop a diverse team of direct reports to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for branch operations, ensuring effective use of resources

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years of leadership experience, including building, developing, and motivating a diverse work team
Strong customer service skills, including listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees, and understand laws and regulations pertaining to the banking industry
Cash handling experience and ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise independent judgment, and use critical thinking skills

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
