We are seeking a talented business development manager who will work closely with our Property Manager In Charge to shape our homeowner marketing program and develop a network of realtors and financial advisors to funnel prospects on a regular basis.

Candidates must have a flexible schedule travel andweekend availability will be required.

Good tech skills are essential to use various software apps efficiently.
Adaptability, a positive attitude and sense of humor is vital! A substantial part of this position is out in the field.
A safe driving record is essential!

Responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the vacation rental property portfolio.

Identify and establish partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home builders and other relevant stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Create and implement promotional campaigns to attract new property owners.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the vacation rental property management business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of new properties.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new leads.

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the vacation rental, real estate, hospitality or professional services industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant business tools.

Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
