The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position.
Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the position as necessary.

  • Develops high-level architectural designs for Technology systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Evaluates and recommends technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with the architectural vision and business goals.
  • Ensures seamless integration of various system components, coordinating with development and operations teams.
  • Designs systems to be scalable and performant, implementing best practices for optimization.
  • Incorporates security measures into system design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive architectural documentation, including system blueprints, guidelines, and standards.
  • Guides and supports development teams throughout the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
  • Develops and reviews architectural designs and blueprints.
  • Works with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Evaluates and chooses appropriate technologies and tools.
  • Integrates security best practices into design.
  • Maintains architectural documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Requires high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training.
  • Requires a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in Technology, with a focus on system design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years specifically in roles related to system architecture, where the candidate has been responsible for designing and overseeing complex technology systems.
  • Requires a minimum of two (2) years in leading technical projects or teams, demonstrating the ability to guide projects from inception through to completion, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with business goals.
