The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position.
Management may assign additional tasks related to the type of work of the position as necessary.

Recognizes, analyzes, and effectively solves problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures.
Assists and supports users with the setup and use of conference room audio/video equipment.
Assists users in identifying and resolving operating systems, diverse application and multi-layered client server environment issues or failures.
Installs, upgrades, and troubleshoots computer hardware and software or peripheral equipment within established standards and guidelines.
Provides guidance and training to end users.
Assists with computer management systems such as PDQ Inventory & Deploy and SCCM.
Consistently and accurately tracks, updates, and closely assigns documented support requests.
Works within established inventory processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and associated equipment.
Works with established Microsoft SCCM platform for PC imaging, inventory & reporting
Multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment with diverse systems and people.
Maintains excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
Ensures desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including file servers, application servers, administrative systems, and networking software.
Assists with LAN/WAN maintenance, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
Supports client hardware/software upgrades, migrations and other duties as directed by the IT Support Manager.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Must possess a valid state driver's license.
Requires a high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of providing deskside and remote technical support.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and managing and administering Microsoft SCCM surrounding computer inventory, application deployment, OS imaging, driver updates, compliance management & reporting.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience with supporting Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
Requires a full understanding of Active Directory (AD) with users and computer devices.
Able to assist with internal system audits, create reports to identify inconsistencies, violations or invalid data and present analysis, issues, and concerns to leadership with action plans to mitigate and resolve issues.
PC hardware/software experience in Microsoft Windows and iOS environments
Strong knowledge of client and server hardware, operating systems, and applications
