Summary

Payroll Administrator Are you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will process payroll for all group branches.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for preparing reports and recommending procedures to improve organizational performance.
This position is responsible for accurately maintaining Payroll files and records in a timely manner.
Responsible for the processing and shipping of payroll checks.
Responsible for routine payroll functions and maintaining accurate payroll files and records.
Responsible for maintaining/updating payroll records and acts as a liaison between Profit Centers, Field and Corporate staff.
Has a working knowledge of Ceridian software to support personnel.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager / HR Manager.
Being accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for internal employees.
Research and resolve employee questions / concerns.
Process manual checks for employee payments.
Maintain employee's files and records.
Enter wage garnishments / levies as appropriate.
Perform other duties assigned as by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma 2 year accounting degree desirable Prior Payroll or Customer Service experience, Workday experience Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word 4+ years of general office work experience Keen and strong attention to detail Ability to Multi-task and be highly organized Excellent verbal skills Must be able to work overtime.

Base Pay Range:
$19.60 - 26.93

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
