You will oversee all aspects of store management, ensuring the highest standards are met.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling, and maintaining a pleasant environment for both customers and employees.
Prerequisite:
Completed training and certification for all restaurant positions Successful completion of Management Training Program Field Exam passed with a score of 90% or better Serve Safe certification Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage employees according to company policies Efficiently schedule managers and crew based on labor guidelines Maintain high standards of employee appearance and conduct Ensure the store's physical facility and equipment are in top condition Manage food and supplies requirements, including inventory control Handle cash, reconciliation, and deposit procedures Participate in local store marketing and community engagement Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees Above average performance in the following standard measurements:
