The impact you will make in this role:

As a Marketing Operations Analyst you will play a key role for boosting demand generation programs in dental business in Chile. In this role you will be able to make an impact by contributing to adjust and execute the prioritized marketing programs for the region as well as performing activities that support the growth of the business in all our sales channels. You will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers, key opinion leaders, sales team, clinical specialists, packaging engineers and other marketing operations teams, aiming to understand and adjust the programs to the needs and opportunities in Chile. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop deep understanding and critical needs of regional Dental Market and perform complex market analysis on customer, channel, and competitor trends.

• Actively contribute to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan, providing input to the Marketing team on content creation, digital conversion, pricing, events and promotions.

• Lead localization and activation of global marketing programs and product launches with sales and clinical teams while managing the local marketing activation calendar.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, scientific affairs, and clinical teams to engage key opinion leaders, health care professionals and channel teams

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Marketing, administration, or engineering degree or above

• Minimum two(2) years of experience in Marketing and/or Business Development

• Fluent in English, both written and oral

• Experience with Microsoft Office, specially excel, SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers

• Experience in events planning and execution

• Experience in consumer goods and/or promotional marketing

• Social media and digital marketing activation knowledge

• Portuguese is a plus

• MBA

Workplace:
Hybrid (job functions allow for some remote work, but require travel to Santiago at least 2 days a week)

Travel:
May include up to 10% domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of work without sponsorship for work visa status (e. g. H1B status).
